23 -25 June 2026 KAROO ART HOTEL - AMONG ARTISTS - ANNUAL GATHERING
A relaxed 2-3 day gathering of professional artists and creative people at the Karoo Art Hotel in Barrydale.
(A 3 hour beautiful drive from Cape Town)
This is not a workshop or tutored retreat. There's no formal facilitation or teaching involved, just space to connect,
paint if inspired, share ideas, network, rest,
eat good food and spend time together in a beautiful setting.
A few things we may do: -
Art films in the mini cinema, painting / sketching, arty quiz night,
swimming and meditation in the Tradouw Pass River, relaxing in the hot springs, walks, hiking,
conversations,coffee, wine and creative exchange, art book and magazine swap,
Minimum 10 artists, Maximim 18,
Costs is only direct cost of accommodation and meals. (no tutor/facilitation costs)
2 night stay between R4200 and R6000 inclusive of dinner and breakfast, teas & coffees, depending on room type -single occupancy. Discounted for sharing rooms.
